01 / Service fit

High-traffic carpet needs a building plan.

Entrances, elevators, turns, refuse routes, stairs, and busy floors soil differently. The scope should reflect those patterns while accounting for residents, staff, equipment movement, access, and drying.

01

Corridors and lobbies

Apartment hallways, condominium corridors, elevator lobbies, traffic lanes, and spot or spill areas.

02

Shared spaces

Common rooms, applicable entrance mats, and serviceable carpeted stairs included in the written scope.

03

One-time or recurring

A defined restorative service, planned maintenance, or different attention for higher-use zones.

02 / Pricing and assessment

Measured, scoped, and confirmed in writing.

Commercial hallway and common-area cleaning is priced according to measured area, carpet condition, access, scheduling requirements, and service frequency. Recurring maintenance visits start from $300 following assessment. A clear written scope and price are confirmed before scheduling.

03 / Building workflow

Scope first. Sequence second.

Work can be planned by floor or section so routes remain understandable and the building can manage access and drying.

  1. Map the building

Collect floor, area, traffic, access, parking, loading, water, power, and service-window details.

  2. Confirm the scope

Use a walkthrough, measurements, or floor-plan review to define the included areas and written quote.

  3. Sequence the work

Coordinate resident notices, elevators, doors, floor order, drying routes, and any operating restrictions.

  4. Review completion

Inspect the agreed work, close out the service, and discuss maintenance needs based on site conditions.

04 / Operating realities

The building determines the plan.

Frequency depends on actual traffic, seasons, carpet construction, soil load, appearance standards, and operating constraints. After-hours scheduling may be available when arranged and supported by the site.

Results remain condition-specific.Fibre, stain or odour source, contamination, age, previous treatment, backing, and subfloor involvement can limit what cleaning can correct.

Resident notices, elevator bookings, keys, door security, parking or loading, water and power access, noise limits, service hours, and other trades should be shared before the final schedule.
