03 / Clear process

Inspection decides the method.

A photo and label can help with the first review, but an in-person assessment may still be needed before a method is confirmed.

  1. Identify

Review the item, manufacturer label, cleaning code, fibre information, construction, and visible condition.

  2. Test and assess

Consider colour stability, existing wear or damage, previous treatment, and the soil or stain involved.

  3. Confirm the method

Recommend a service only when the material and construction support an appropriate cleaning approach.

  4. Clean and guide

Complete the agreed work, review the result, and provide site-specific use and drying guidance.

04 / Realistic expectations

Not every fabric should be wet cleaned.

Fibre, construction, cleaning-code suitability, colour stability, fading, wear, dye transfer, water marks, damaged seams, and prior spot treatment all matter. No method is promised before the piece is properly assessed.

Results and drying vary by item.Fabric, padding, construction, soil, airflow, humidity, temperature, and furniture position can all change the outcome and drying time.
