Privacy policy

This policy explains in plain language how ThruClean may handle information submitted through this website and how optional website measurement works. It is a general operational policy for a Canadian local-service website and is not a claim of certification or legal compliance beyond the systems actually configured.

Information you may provide

A quote or building inquiry may include your name, company, job title, phone number, email, property type, service address or city, access details, service requirements, preferred timing, stain or odour concerns, and any additional information you choose to share.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry information is used to review the request, contact you, clarify scope, prepare or discuss a quotation, coordinate potential service, maintain basic business records, and respond to follow-up questions. The form checkbox allowing ThruClean to contact you is separate from the optional website-tracking choice.

Form delivery

Online quote requests are transmitted through FormSubmit, a form-delivery provider, and forwarded to thruclean1@gmail.com. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. If online delivery fails, the site directs visitors to phone, text, or email instead.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

The site is prepared to use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads measurement, and Meta Pixel. A tool loads only when its public identifier has been configured and you select Accept in the privacy prompt. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from using the website or requesting a quote.

When active and accepted, these tools may process pages viewed, referral or campaign information, approximate location, browser and device details, session identifiers, and limited interaction events. The site records successful quote delivery and call, text, or email link clicks without intentionally sending the contents of your inquiry, your contact details, your street address, or free-text responses to analytics or advertising providers.

Google and Meta may use cookies or similar browser storage and may process information outside Canada under their own terms and privacy practices. Retention is governed by the settings of the accounts that are eventually connected and by the providers' policies.

Your tracking choice

Your accept or reject choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. The site asks again when that period ends, when the tracking-policy version changes, or when the configured provider set changes. When optional tools are active, use Privacy choices in the footer to change your decision. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking on reload and removes known first-party analytics cookies that the site can access.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be handled by website hosting, form-delivery, email, phone, analytics, advertising, or business-software providers selected by ThruClean. Information should not be sold as a customer list. Legal disclosure may be required where applicable.

Retention and security

Inquiry information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, records, disputes, accounting, or legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage method can be promised as completely secure.

You may ask how your inquiry information is being used or request a correction by contacting thruclean1@gmail.com. Some records may need to be kept for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated as the site's forms, analytics, vendors, or business processes change. The updated date will be revised when material changes are made.
